3 in 30

3in30

I'm linking up to 3 in 30 today to put some goals in perspective.  For the next week I will be focusing on educating my children, cleaning, and my health.

EDUCATION, CLEANING, AND HEALTH

1)  Today I have to get an EMG for my Carpal Tunnel Syndrome.  I'm not looking forward to this.  I have pain every day and the Neurologist wants to see how extensive my diagnosis is today to determine whether or not I need surgery.

2)  This weekend we will be visiting Steubenville College in Ohio and looking into their nursing program for my daughter who is a junior in high school.  She already looked at Villanova and was very impressed with their program.  As you can see, we are presently looking at Catholic universities but will look at University of Maryland later too.

I also have to teach my religious education class some basic prayers.  Three of the children know how to say the rosary but the others do not know how yet.  I have a lesson on good manners lined up for my journal writing class already for next week.

3)  I have to clean frequently because we are trying to refinance and need to have an appraisal of our house soon.  We have too much clutter and this is hard to do when the weather is beautiful in Maryland today.

  1. I hope the appointment with your neurologist went well. Sounds like you set a nice variety of goals for the month. I've been decluttering as well this year, and it is so nice to look around the home and see space and open areas...and be able to focus on the tasks at hand.

  3. Hope you won't need surgery for your carpal tunnel! When I had it, I went to my chiropractor and he was able to fix it. Best wishes for the rest of your goals, too!

  4. It seems that cleaning is ALWAYS on my list of things to work on as well! Such is life with children I guess!
